My veins are bruised?!??! PLEASE READ?

Ok so on my right arm, on the inner elbow I first noticed three red bloodish color dots, but there was no cuts or anything. Seemed to be under the skin, and around that area two of my veins are really green, like bruised, and I touch em and they hurt. I also noticed on my right palm under my thumb my vein is popping out like crazy and I have a bump there. What could this be? I take kickboxing, could this have done it?? Helppppppp!!!!
