Adoption...Should we begin gathering necessary doents...?

cont'd: - to get our birth certs, finger prints, cles..etc starting now? We are saving to afford the Home study. We would like to be matched/approved to adopt from foster care like adoptuskids.org or adoption.com within the next 3 years. We would like an older child over an infant or toddler into our family, we do not have any bio children and have been married 5 years, own a 3 bedroom home. Thank You : )
