Please Do Help.. Story Might Be Slightly Long...?

in fact, we both had seen each other almost everyday, it was always a smile n go.. i admit it was a love at first sight BUT she was attached at that time... n now she has broken off.. y'day was the first time chatting with her ( abt 30mins ) that was the first time we talk.. the problem now is... she is super rich,, and i dont want her to think i am after her money ( which i am not and i am not poor either )... y'day we talked alot n she even offer to lent me her car knowing i am too timid to drive as she said more practice makes perfect... i rejected as i had earlier said that, i dont want her to think i am after her money.. she even told me to ind a day so that we both can have good food together ( we both love good food ).. pls help, is she just being nice or am i too sensitive??
