Does anyone know how to get rid of stretch marks?

I have been using the Palmer's Tummy er for a few months, but that does not seem to be getting rid of the stretch marks it just helps with the itchy skin. I don't have really really bad stretch marks, but I'm sure they can always get worse. I'd like to get rid of them or at least reduce the appearance because they are raised and really red right now. I moisturize my skin with lotion everyday because my skin is so dry, but that still didn't stop me from getting stretch marks. Although, I'm sure if I didn't moisturize they would be a heck of a lot worse. So, if anyone knows of a product that I can buy or a home remedy please please please let me know.
