Will I ever lose weight ? It seems so disillusioning now.?

I was the same as you are with the yo-yo diets and stuff, I found that by watching what I eat and walk 4-5 miles everyday I could lose weight easy, I try to walk at 4 miles per hour, that is a good pace, try it you might like it, Good luck
