Oi! No need to be so bitchy there about a small spelling error! As much theft here as anywhere else. I'm Polish and had the same worries when going to Mexico a month ago. If I'd left them on a pavement in broad daylight, nobody would have wasted their calories to pick them up. I was the saddest loser in the whole of North America LOL. No, really, the trip was great. I'm telling you this cuz your own fear and paranoia can really spoil the fun of travelling. It's the luck of the draw - cars kill people but we insist on using them. Steer clear of American websites - those are simply hysterical.
