Why latinas are rarely seen with white dudes.?

im a dutch man and i have tried talking to latinas girls, i love them because of their aztec appreance and spanish accent so why am i struggling with them. my friend said they only date their own.. well 9 hope not because i truly love latina women and would be willing to give her anything she asked for.
