How do i ask for monetary gifts after graduation?

Ok so i just graduated and i want to send out little flyers letting my family know i just graduated and it would be helpful if they could guide me on this journey to college by either sending care packages or monetary gifts. i just dont kno how to really word it for some of my family who i dont talk to or havent seen in years
