I need addresses to specific bill collectors that are on my credit report. How do I get their addresses?

On my credit report, I owe Capital Accts, CBSI, Central FinL Control, Cornerstone Credit, Franklin Collection, NCo-MEDCLR, Revcare Inc, RJM ACQ LLC, and Verizon Wireless. That's fine, but I need to know how much i owe to these people so I can start a payment plan. Can you help me get in contact with them via addresses or telephone numbers?
