What are the white bumps and red swelling on my eye lid?

when i was 3yrs old i started getting this red swelling on my eyelid not in my eye lid. it would start off as a irritation then would fester into little white bumps after 3 or 4 days it would start to scab kinda..well you can see it dying then it would go away. it usually comes when im really stressed out. i only get it about 2x a year but im stressed out a lot more than that. when i was in elementary school my mom would give me a warm cloth to put on it and erithamiazin well id not sc but rub the clothe on my eye and it would swell... to stay home from school id try to rub it into other eye.. never has it spread to the right eye.. NEVER...not even a itch... good thing.. now im older i even was in army and asked them doctors.. ive seen a lot of specialist and they all say different.. so i stoped saying i even know what it is.. (its the first time its happend...) theyd say its a mite in the sand.. its .. its shingles.. stye.. or a inflamation from stress.. even said it could be hereditary... **me knowing for fact that i got it when i was 3 kinda puts out a std... and hereditary my mom dont get it or anything like it.. and but my dad gets STYES a lot.. only in one eye.. so i thougth maybe its a form of stye... idk.. maybe someone else has simmilar or the same thing and can tell me.. beause no one seems to know.. only ume.. again ( starts off as small itch go to sleep wake up.. bumps no white bumps just small little 2 or 3 bumps.. later that evening.. white starts to show..next mourning more bumps little bit of white.. a little bit very little bit of dark brwon kinda.. like its dying already.. day after day it gets whiter doesnt grow ne more and darkens more until its gone. i use erithamiazin and dont touch it. and it doesnt spread.. when i was younger if i messed with it.. it would SWELL MY WHOLE EYE ALMOST SHUT... like full of water.. i think its my eye lash pores being clogged then causing mucuse blockage and build-up.. causing there to be a infection and the mucuse exiting out of the bumps.. my idea..... what its called medically.. idk.. and dont wanna waste money on someone guessing. lets see waht you all think.
