My computer has no graphics memory anymore!?

The output for your Display Devices shows that your computer has ATI ATOM video hardware, but you're using the generic Windows video driver. Try an update of the driver in Device Manager. If that doesn't work, downloading the video driver from your pc manufacturer website should take care of it.
