I'm a teen looking into converting to be a Catholic.?

I'm really interested in doing this. All of my life, I've been Christian. But my family doesn't go to church on a regular basis, and I've never been able to identify clearly with one specific denomination. Catholicism draws me for many, many reasons...and many of my closest friends follow it. How could I go about doing so?
