Hair Extension Help?!?!?!?

Okayy so i have short hair. i have been growing out my hair ALL so far this summer and it hasnt even grown worthh POOP!! Its still the same length of when i cut it like 2 months ago. My hair is like length, like touching my lol. i want long scene hair that is below my . like 3 inches down. i wanna dye my hair black, get my hair in a scene haircut and then add purple streaks. i was wondering if i can do this with hair extensions!
