Can you get into med school with a 1630 on an SAT?

I just took the PSAT's and got a 163. But converted to an SAT score it is a 1630. I'm taking the SAT's in April, and probably a few more times after that so I'm hoping my score improves. But is that score really bad? I want to get into med school after college. So what is a score needed to be in med school? :)
