Can i use the rawlings break in kit on a wilson A2K 1786?

I just bought a new wilson A2K 1786 and I played a little catch with it but it still needs to be broken in more. So I bought the rawlings break in kit and I was just wondering if I use the kit on my glove will it damage or make its performance worse. should i not use the kit at all. if not can you give me some suggestions on how i can break in my mitt
